The People Behind the Work
Hands-on, detail-minded, and comfortable meeting a project where it is, from a quick repair list to a full property refresh.
Mike
Electrical Stuff
Mike handles the electrical side with a steady, detail-first approach. He focuses on clean installs, careful troubleshooting, and making sure the parts of a project people cannot always see are done right.
Secret talent: Mike can hear a bad switch from two rooms away and has never once lost an argument with a breaker panel, though several panels have requested mediation.
Dalia
Interior Design
Dalia brings the finish-eye to every project, helping rooms feel intentional, livable, and pulled together. She thinks through color, layout, materials, and the details that make a repair or remodel feel like a real home improvement.
Nobody knows: Dalia plays piano and ukulele, and for a hobby she graciously lets John believe he is the money decision maker.
John
Finance and Project Numbers
John is the money guy, keeping budgets, estimates, and project decisions grounded in practical numbers. He helps clients understand the cost side of the work without burying them in contractor-speak.
Fun fact: John once balanced a renovation budget on the back of a drywall receipt, then found $3.47, two screws, and enough optimism to finish the week.
Kiernan
CEO, Demolition, and Plumbing
Kiernan leads from the job site, setting the pace, clearing the way, and jumping into the hard parts first. From demo days to plumbing fixes, he is the hands-on problem solver who keeps the work moving.
Legend has it: Kiernan can tell whether a wall is load-bearing by giving it a respectful nod. During demo, nails loosen themselves out of professional courtesy.
